      Instructions for Opening Your Account

    Thank you for inquiring about Indus American Bank for your banking needs. In an effort to providing excellent customer service our bank has made your account opening experience more convenient. At this time we are accepting applications by mail. Simply follow the list of instructions below.

Note: You will have to satisfy all the criteria’s in order for us to establish your account. Any information missing on the application or any required documents not provided could result in the account not being opened and documents to be returned.

 
Requirements to open your account:
  • The Personal Account Opening Information Sheet (s) completed and signed. (all signers)
  • Copy (front and back) of primary identification of each signer (list provided in application)
  • Copy (front and back) of secondary identification of each signer. (list provided in application)
  • Proof of Address (list provided in application)
  • Please provide mailing address if different from permanent address (such as a P.O. Box).
  • Your check made payable to Indus American Bank for your deposit.

Direct Deposit Forms
Note: If you wish to set up or transfer direct
deposit of income from employment, investments, pension/retirement plans, interest or dividends, you will need to complete & sign the direct deposit form.

Requirements to set up direct deposit:
  • The Direct Deposit Form completed and signed.
  • Attach a voided check (preprinted) from your Indus American Bank account and submit it to your source of income.
  • Please use the appropriate form below for your direct deposit.
